The machine you saw Sharpo,will be with us for about a week and will be working up and down the line as well as the Waterworks Straight re-lay, where it will be slewing the new formation.

I added a page on the SVR Wiki as I had a picture if it at Highley.

Does this do the same job as 73202 which has been at Highley for some years? If so, is 73202 no longer working?

This one came as a deal/favour (training and/or some maintenance work was mentioned) and is a considerably improved model.

The PWay team said on FB this week that the old one is still used, last use (from memory) was 14/2/17.

Looks like it leaves on Friday 10th. Has it been turbo-charged in the diesel depot? Timed for 168mph!! Departs 10am.
