I remember the last time a Vintage Trains Pannier Rambler charter came to SVR there were complaints we didn't change timetable enough. In my humble opinion a better railtour would be straight from Tyseley to Bridgnorth, swapping Tyseley Panniers for SVR panniers at Bewdley which would then allow them to be serviced and turned at Kidderminster.

Perhaps it was your good self who guided me into the parking bay, avoiding the concrete sleeper?

No Rob, that wasn't me - too busy looking the other side of the fence.

Ah, fame at last, I was standing a little further up the footpath from you and appear briefly on your sequence of the panniers departing KDR at 2-45.

We all remember videos for different reasons. I had quite a few people contact me after seeing themselves cycling in the Velo Birmingham event.

It's only when I view my videos at home that I see properly what I have filmed, it's always fascinating to recognise familiar faces in a crowd.

Did you notice the driver of 7714 give a little "bow" to the photographers as the train arrived?

Yes Sharpo, I see things in my photos sometimes that I didnít perceive at the time I had taken the photo. I rely on the feel when to take the photo. I think my subconscious is seeing things in the viewfinder that I donít perceive at the point of pressing the shutter-release button.
