I have decided to visit the SVR on 2nd January, and have been told that 80072 will be running that day. Very Happy

Booked to be on the first train off KR and so the last one back - then stables at KR so that it can go home.

Heritage Railway reports a short-term hire to the SVR for the Christmas services. Unconfirned.

I think it's still due to arrive next week; main purpose is, as reported above, for Santa trains; it will be staying until early next year. Internal SVR database shows 20/11/17 until 4/4/18.

So I may see it after Xmas at Bridgnorth, or in the new year. I'm never going to SVR KID again at Xmas after how I was treated last year !

When did they turn her? Is there a concern that Erlestoke wont manage the Christmas period, hence why we are hiring in another loco for Santa?

Filmed it this morning on the second departure from Kidderminster. Video still uploading but here is a photo of it. Also filmed it again on its second departure but not edited that one yet.
