Well, the signalman asked my guard whether he was and he in turn asked me being one of the TTIs.

I know - I remember asking him!

BN1 left about 10 late, once the guard had ensured the passenger was being taken care of and that the ambulance was called. I can't give much more detail than that!

(My main challenge now is to work out which of the staff I asked about being first aiders Mr. K J Evans was...)

This is getting confusing. Laughing

BN1 came about 35 mins late at Bewdley at 4.30pm.

I was surprised when the class 50 came at 5.10pm presumably on BS1 I was hoping for 73129, so I could take some photos of her at KID.

Actually that was the DFE. BS1 reached Bridgnorth 30 mins late, the DFE crossed BS2 at Hampton which crossed us at Bridgnorth. Thus BS1 left 45 mins late and crossed BN1 at Arley not Bewdley so BN1 would be more or less on time back into Bridgnorth. BS1 finally reached Kidderminster a about 6pm. Not sure how delayed BS2 was in the end.

A consequence of the loco difficulties was that 50026 on the 3.20 Bridgnorth-Kidderminster went from 6 coaches to 12 with the addition of the empty stock from Monday's failed steam footplate experience.

Postings elsewhere suggest 50026 was towed to Eastleigh today.
