Not an SVR issue as such, ( but worthy of the widest publicity) although we do have tender engines. DBS have issued a "National Incident Report" following the failure of 35028 on the main line when it dropped 3 fusible plugs in a serious low water incident recently.

The National Incident Report suggests that all operators of both main line registered and heritage line steam engines might wish to check that there are no restrictions in the supply of feed water from the tender to the injectors on their engines. Such a restriction is being cited as a possible cause of the incident with 35028.
Presumably (my assumption ) this is suggesting the checking of the filters/sieves in the tender base, and associated pipework to the injectors?
