FDan has added on FB:

"Richard Gunning has now made some updates to the page, stating that it's still the intention (i.e. it hasn't yet happened) to transfer ownership, and that restoration has now started"

It's starting to go back together.

Buffers being overhauled.

The floor of this ballast bin was rusted thin. It's been reinforced with steel angle rather than replacing it. The buffer protects the vacuum pipe as it passes through the ballast bin.

A full ballast bin, giving an idea of what the GWR used as ballast; any scrap steel from any part of the works by the looks of it.

New sections welded in door frame uprights. Left hand ballast bins repaired, right hand one repaired and refilled, centre one not yet emptied.

More repairs to uprights. One ballast bin refilled, another one emptied and painted.
