They could well be, as there was at least one photo of Kinlet in the album. A few of the individual photos are getting replies now, so I'll see if any more information turns up.
It looks to me like the first word on the side of the larger wagon in the first photo is "SALT". I don't know if that gives a clue as to the owner, or if I've just misread it.

Undated.
The discussion on Facebook seems to agree that this is the Highley side of the river, on what is now the site of Country Park Halt, in which case, the coal arriving by aerial ropeway means it must be coming from Alveley pit after 1961.

With the rail wagons, it would definitely have to be on the Highley side. The buildings are recognisably similar to the photo on the SVR wiki: https://www.svrwiki.com/File:Alveley_Sidings-1959-10-07.jpeg
